CAMPUS RULES & REGULATIONS

Students have the responsibility:
  • To attend school regularly and on time. In case of late arrival, the student may have to wait outside their respective courts until called in by the coaches
  • To respect the right of others to learn
  • To respect their peers and teachers regardless of ethnicity, religion, caste or gender
  • To respect the property and equipment of the campus and others
  • To carry out reasonable instructions to the best of their ability
  • To conduct themselves in a courteous and appropriate manner in campus and in public
  • To keep the campus environment and the local community free from litter
  • To observe the dress code of the campus. Students should wear proper sports clothes for all the sessions and sport shoes are compulsory. No admission into sessions if proper dress code is not followed. 
  • To read all campus notices and bring them to their parents’/guardians’ attention
  • To not use abusive language or violent behaviour. Management has the right to detain students in such situations and no fees will be refunded. 
Parents have the responsibility:
  • To not disturb the coaching sessions. This includes no talking to the coaches or students during the session times.  In case of critical events or reasons, approach a management representative.
  • To follow the batch timing strictly. The student cannot switch batches unless approved by the management.
  • To wait in the designated waiting area, if not involved in any other activities offered by the school. 
  • To dress properly while visiting the campus. No lungies or nighties or any form of improper dressing is allowed
  • To pay fees by the 5th of every cycle. In case of non payment of fees within the time, management will not allow students to continue the coaching without prior approval. 
  • To not horn inside the campus.
  • Yali sports cannot be held responsible for any payments made to the staff without notice to the management.

 

  • GENERAL 

Students are representatives of our school from leaving home until  they return and are thus expected to set themselves a high standard of  behaviour both inside and outside the school.

The following are not to be brought on to the campus grounds:

  • Alcohol or drugs in any form
  • Chemicals
  • Cigarettes or tobacco
  • Knives or other weapons
  • Matches/lighters/explosive or dangerous material
  • Pornographic or any other offensive material
  • Cameras
  • Toys
  • Laptops, tablets or any other electronic devices

Mobile Phones

  • Mobile phones will be permitted in school.
  • Students will be able to use them on the way to and from school.
  • Students will be able to use them in class as learning devices with  the express permission of the teacher. Such permission must be sought and received before their use.
  • Students should keep their mobile phones in silent mode at all times. 
  • Students cannot take calls inside the coaching area. 

If a student uses a mobile phone inappropriately, or in contravention  of the school’s policy, he/she will be sanctioned accordingly. Mobile  phones will not be confiscated except in circumstances where a member of staff considers the device to be a harmful or disruptive influence.

The security and protection, within reason, of the device will be the responsibility of the student.

 

The following are strictly forbidden on campus property:

  • smoking and the use of alcohol or other drugs.
  • distribution of literature or any form of written matter, without the prior permission of the management.
  • plucking flowers or leaves from the trees or plants in the campus.

 

  • BULLYING:

Any form, verbal or physical abuse, or any means of bullying or victimisation is strictly forbidden.

DAMAGE:

  • of any kind must be reported immediately to a Management representative. In the case of wilful damage or negligence, the person(s) will be expected to contribute part or all of the cost  of repair.
  • to the plants or trees in the campus is taken very seriously. Such activities will attract a fine of Rs. 5000/-

 

  • COACHING:
  • Fee to be paid in advance. 
  • Fee is non adjustable against absence.
  • In any case of class cancellation due to weather, nature, Government orders or any such circumstances that Yali Sports has no control over, no refund/compensations will be made. 
  • The gates will close 15 mins after the play session starts. Gates will not open for the late comers under any circumstances.
  • The players will be taken care of but falling down is common in any kind of Physical activity. The necessary first-aid will be given and the parents will be informed.
  • Parents need to inform us in case of any previous physical injuries before joining.
